 Housing with Care

Has the features of very sheltered housing but provides additional housing and/or support services. West Lothian Council will be involved in the allocation process along with Bield.

 Shared Equity

In shared equity applicants make a capital contribution of part of the value of the house and enjoy a reduced rent.
